SCA — Barista Skills

Format: SCA certified course (Foundation + Intermediate)

The training is conducted by Head Barista Elizaveta Vagabova, certified SCA trainer and winner of the Portugal AeroPress Championship.

• Espresso theory and preparation principles
• Grinder calibration and espresso recipe dialling
• Milk texturing and temperature control
• Workflow, efficiency, and professional bar setup
• Customer service and communication
• Equipment cleaning, care, and maintenance
• Quality control and consistency

Note: The price covers Unity Coffee Roasters training fees. SCA certification exam fees are separate and payable directly to SCA.

This price is for a scheduled group session (up to 4 participants). Available dates are shown in the training schedule on our website. Private sessions are available on request.
