Champagne Tasting - 3/07

We're inviting you to explore one of the world's most celebrated wines through a tasting of six exceptional grower Champagnes from some of the finest small producers in the region.

Guiding us through the evening will be Ilya Gogolev — sommelier, wine educator, and owner of Red Nose Wine Bar.

And because great Champagne deserves great food, we've prepared a special menu:

• Cheese & Cured Meats Board
• Hazelnut Crust Salmon
• Tortellini with Ricotta & Spinach
• Burrata Peach Salad

A special food menu will be available during the event and can be ordered separately from the tasting ticket. Expect fascinating stories, beautiful wines, delicious food, and the kind of evening that reminds you why people fall in love with Champagne in the first place.
