Flavor Profile:

Rwanda Segin AMZ typically offers berry and floral notes — raspberry, cherry, blackcurrant — along with the sweetness of red grapes or honey, a smooth body, and clean acidity. The Clover brewer helps maximize sweetness and clarity in the cup.

Brew Parameters :

Coffee — 20 g

Water — 320 ml

Water temperature — 94 °C

Grind size — medium (similar to table sugar; close to a filter grind)

Total brew time — 50–60 seconds

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Prepare the Clover

  • Make sure the machine is preheated and the filter is in place.
  • Add 21 g of freshly ground coffee.


2. Pour Water

  • Pour in 320 ml of water at 94 °C.
  • Stir gently once to ensure all grounds are evenly saturated.


3. Steep

  • Let the coffee steep for 35–45 seconds, depending on your desired strength and clarity.


4. Press / Filter

  • Start the filtration cycle — the coffee will be dispensed into the cup in about 10–15 seconds.

Cezve (Turkish Coffee)

Ultra-fine, powdery grind — ideal for traditional cezve/ibrik brewing. Creates a rich, intense cup with velvety texture.


Moka Pot

Fine grind, slightly coarser than espresso. Designed for stovetop brewers to deliver a strong, bold flavor with good body.


Espresso (Universal)

How to keep

In a sealed bag at room temperature, coffee can be stored for up to 12 months.

After opening the package, we recommend consuming the coffee within 2 weeks and grinding it just before brewing.
