Each dessert, created by our partner pastry chefs, has been designed to complement a specific filter coffee, brewed in the pour-over method.
Together, they highlight and amplify each other’s flavors — bringing out hidden notes, softening edges, or creating unexpected contrasts.
Pairing coffee with food reveals how coffee can intensify certain flavors and quiet others, while desserts can, in turn, enhance or transform the coffee’s character. From bright and fruity to bold and rich, each pairing offers its own story.
