Bright and juicy with orange notes that carry through a lively, clean cup. Medium-high malic and citric acidity, medium body with a creamy texture.

Cherries are hand-stripped, pulped, and go through aerobic fermentation before washing and density sorting in parchment - a traditional washed process.

Grown by Uswaldo Gonzales on Finca El Guayacan, a one-hectare plot in Jaen, Cajamarca, Peru.

Ingredients and dosage

Coffee: 18g (medium-coarse grind)
Water: 300ml (93ºC)

Brewing steps

  1. Rinse filter, add coffee
  2. Bloom with 40ml water (30–45 sec)
  3. Pour remaining water in stages (total ~3:30 min)

Cezve (Turkish Coffee)

Ultra-fine, powdery grind — ideal for traditional cezve/ibrik brewing. Creates a rich, intense cup with velvety texture.


Moka Pot

Fine grind, slightly coarser than espresso. Designed for stovetop brewers to deliver a strong, bold flavor with good body.

Since coffee is a consumable product, we don't accept returns. However, if something arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us and we'll make it right.

Keep the bag sealed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Unopened, it stays fresh for up to 12 months. Once opened, we recommend finishing it within 2 weeks and grinding just before brewing.
