A flavor wheel session for the coffee-curious: learn to taste what is in your cup.

You know when a coffee is different — brighter, fruitier, more complex — but the words don't come. That's exactly what this session is for.

On June 18th at 4:00 PM, Lisa will guide a small group through the SCA Coffee Taster's Flavor Wheel — the tool specialty roasters and buyers use to name what they taste. No barista background needed. 

You'll leave with a new vocabulary for coffee and a different way of paying attention in every cup after this.
