Kenya Rosabella – AeroPress Recipe

Flavor Profile:

Kenya Rosabella typically offers bright, high acidity, with notes of blackcurrant, cherry, citrus, rhubarb, and a sweet, full body. AeroPress brewing delivers a juicy, vibrant, and rich cup, especially with shorter extraction.

Brew Parameters:

Coffee — 15 g

Water — 230 g total

Water temperature — 92–93 °C

Grind size — medium-fine (similar to table sugar)

Method — inverted

Total brew time — ~2:30

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Preparation

  • Assemble the AeroPress in the inverted position
  • Insert a paper filter into the cap and rinse it with hot water
  • Add 15 g of ground coffee


2. Pour

  • Add 200 g of water at 92–93 °C
  • Stir quickly for about 10 seconds


3. Steep

  • Let it steep until 1:30
  • Attach the cap and carefully flip the AeroPress onto your cup


4. Press

  • Press slowly for 20–30 seconds, finishing around 2:00


5. Bypass (optional)

  • Add 30 g of hot water to your cup if the brew tastes too intense

How to keep

In a sealed bag at room temperature, coffee can be stored for up to 12 months.

After opening the package, we recommend consuming the coffee within 2 weeks and grinding it just before brewing.
