From the Kizi Rift region of Rwanda's Nyaruguru district, Segin AMA is crafted at Emmanuel Rusatira's Fugi Washing Station — the flagship of Baho Coffee's 12-station network. Grown at 1,550–1,835 m.a.s.l., this Red Bourbon undergoes a DF Washed process with aerobic fermentation lasting 72 to 95 hours, unlocking a vivid, fruit-forward profile.

Recipe for Clover Brewer

Brew Parameters :

Coffee — 20 g

Water — 320 ml

Water temperature — 94 °C

Grind size — medium (similar to table sugar; close to a filter grind)

Total brew time — 50–60 seconds

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Prepare the Clover

  • Make sure the machine is preheated and the filter is in place.
  • Add 21 g of freshly ground coffee.


2. Pour Water

  • Pour in 320 ml of water at 94 °C.
  • Stir gently once to ensure all grounds are evenly saturated.


3. Steep

  • Let the coffee steep for 35–45 seconds, depending on your desired strength and clarity.


4. Press / Filter

  • Start the filtration cycle — the coffee will be dispensed into the cup in about 10–15 seconds.

The Clover brewer helps maximize sweetness and clarity in the cup.

Cezve (Turkish Coffee)

Ultra-fine, powdery grind — ideal for traditional cezve/ibrik brewing. Creates a rich, intense cup with velvety texture.


Moka Pot

Fine grind, slightly coarser than espresso. Designed for stovetop brewers to deliver a strong, bold flavor with good body.


Espresso (Universal)

Balanced fine grind calibrated at setting 6 on our EK43. Suitable for most home and professional espresso machines. Offers optimal extraction with balanced acidity, sweetness, and body.

Keep the bag sealed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Unopened, it stays fresh for up to 12 months. Once opened, we recommend finishing it within 2 weeks and grinding just before brewing.
