Nicaraguan Cold Brew with Lemon and Simple Syrup

Ingredients (for ~500 ml of finished drink):

  • Freshly ground coffee (Nicaragua, light or medium roast) — 33 g
  • Filtered cold water — 500 ml
  • Simple syrup (1:1) — 20–30 ml (to taste)
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice — 10–15 ml (to taste)
  • Ice — for serving
  • (Optional) Lemon zest or mint — for garnish

Brew Ratio:

Coffee : Water = 1:15

→ 33 g of coffee per 500 ml of water (or, for example, 50 g per 750 ml if you're making a larger batch)

We pay close attention to the flavor potential of the beans. Therefore, we roast coffee twice a week to ensure that only freshly roasted beans reach your home.

How to keep
