Orange Raf with Ethiopian Coffee

Light, creamy, and citrusy — perfectly highlights the fruity and citrus profile of Ethiopian coffee.

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • Espresso made with Ethiopian beans — 36 ml
  • Cream (10–20%) — 120 ml (or a 50/50 mix of cream and milk)
  • Orange syrup — 15 ml (or 10 ml simple syrup + 5 ml freshly squeezed orange juice)
  • Orange zest — a pinch

Cezve (Turkish Coffee)

Ultra-fine, powdery grind — ideal for traditional cezve/ibrik brewing. Creates a rich, intense cup with velvety texture.


Moka Pot

Fine grind, slightly coarser than espresso. Designed for stovetop brewers to deliver a strong, bold flavor with good body.


Espresso (Universal)

FRESHLY ROASTED COFFEE

We pay close attention to the flavor potential of the beans. Therefore, we roast coffee twice a week to ensure that only freshly roasted beans reach your home.

How to keep

In a sealed bag at room temperature, coffee can be stored for up to 12 months.

After opening the package, we recommend consuming the coffee within 2 weeks and grinding it just before brewing.
