Colombia Propus APO – Batch Brew Recipe

Flavor Profile:

Colombia Propus APO often delivers bright red berry notes, stewed stone fruit, floral sweetness, and balanced acidity. Batch brewing brings out excellent clarity, especially when brewed with precision and proper filtration.

Brew Parameters (for 1 liter of coffee):

Coffee — 60 g

Water — 1000 g (1 liter)

Brew ratio — 1:16.7

Water temperature — 93–94 °C

Grind size — medium (similar to table sugar; close to Chemex grind)

Brew time — 4:30–6:00 (depending on the machine)

Suitable for:

BUNN, Moccamaster, Wilfa, Bonavita, Fetco, and other automatic drip brewers.

You can scale this recipe up or down while maintaining a 1:16–1:17 ratio.

Cezve (Turkish Coffee)

FRESHLY ROASTED COFFEE

We pay close attention to the flavor potential of the beans. Therefore, we roast coffee twice a week to ensure that only freshly roasted beans reach your home.

How to keep

In a sealed bag at room temperature, coffee can be stored for up to 12 months.

After opening the package, we recommend consuming the coffee within 2 weeks and grinding it just before brewing.
