SCA — Brewing

Format: SCA certified course (Foundation + Intermediate)

The training is conducted by Head Barista Elizaveta Vagabova, certified SCA trainer and winner of the Portugal AeroPress Championship.

SCA Brewing

• Water chemistry and its effect on coffee extraction
• Extraction theory: solubles, yield, and TDS
• Brew ratios and recipe development
• Grind particle size and its role in extraction
• Filter coffee equipment calibration and use
• Sensory evaluation of brewed coffee

Note: The price covers Unity Coffee Roasters training fees. SCA certification exam fees are separate and payable directly to SCA.

This price is for a scheduled group session (up to 4 participants). Available dates are shown in the training schedule on our website. Private sessions are available on request.
