Barista Intro Training - 5 Day Program

Duration: 5 days x 4 hours = 20 hours

Training sessions are conducted by Head Barista Elizaveta Vagabova, a certified SCA trainer and winner of the Portugal AeroPress Championship.

Program Includes:

  1. Espresso Calibration
    • Grind size, dose, time, temperature, pressure
    • Recipe adjustment and extraction control
    • Grinder calibration, TDS monitoring, and extraction yield (%)

  2. Latte Art
    • Milk steaming and texturing techniques
    • Pouring technique and control
    • Basic designs: heart, tulip, rosetta

  3. Espresso Machine Operation
    • Cleaning, maintenance, and backflushing
    • Bar setup and organization
    • Workflow practice and efficiency

  4. Filter Coffee Brewing
    • Methods: V60, French Press, Moka Pot
    • Grind adjustment and recipe building
    • Temperature, ratio, pouring method, brew time

  5. Cupping (Coffee Tasting)
    • Flavor analysis: aroma, body, acidity, balance
    • Sensory training and flavor recognition
    • Group cupping and discussion

  6. Q&A and Case Discussion
    • Interactive discussion throughout the sessions
    • Personalized adaptation to the client's café format
