Training sessions are conducted by Head Barista Elizaveta Vagabova, a certified SCA trainer and winner of the Portugal AeroPress Championship.

- Methods: V60, French Press, Moka Pot
- Grind adjustment and recipe building
- Temperature, ratio, pouring method, brew time
- Cupping (Coffee Tasting)
- Flavor analysis: aroma, body, acidity, balance
- Sensory training and flavor recognition
- Group cupping and discussion
- Q&A and Case Discussion
- Interactive discussion throughout the sessions
