The training session is conducted by Head Barista Elizaveta Vagabova, a certified SCA trainer and winner of the Portugal AeroPress Championship.
Introduction to the Barista Profession - Working with the Espresso Machine
- Overview of espresso machine components and how they work
- Basics of espresso preparation (dose, grind size, pressure, temperature)
- Grinder calibration and adiustment
- Milk steaming techniques and using the steam wand
- Daily cleaning and maintenance (backflushing, detergents, care)
- Bar setup and workflow efficiency
- Hands-on practice: espresso shots and basic milk drinks
